02 | Bruschetta Stuffed Avocado
I love this keto recipe as a snack or light lunch. I miss my bruschetta when I’m on the Keto diet and this is such a great alternative. High in fat is the avocado and high in flavor are the tomatoes. Love!
03 | Keto Everything Bagel and Cream Cheese
Obsessed with this recipe. I batch make these for the week to get me through my carb cravings and boy do they satisfy! They’re much easier to make than you may thing too.
04 | Salt and Vinegar Zucchini Chips
Craving potato chips? I’ve come to your rescue! These are almost as good as the real thing… you’re welcome!
05 | Marinated Cheese, Peppers and Olives
An olive snack has got to be one of my favorite parts of the Keto diet and this keto recipe is fantastic. It’s super easy to make on the go or can be made and stored for several days. Full of flavor and the essential fats, this is the perfect keto snack.
06 | Sausage Rolls with Keto Fathead Dough
These are so good even my kids are obsessed with these! If you have not attempted to make keto fathead dough, now is the time. It’s so simple and honestly the best replacement for carbs. I love this recipe of mixing it with the sausage to dip in some dijon mustard for a yummy and satisfying snack.
07 | Avocado Shrimp Ceviche Salad
Avocados are one of my favorite, if not most favorite, foods and getting to enjoy them while on the keto diet is such a plus. This recipe is fantastic and the shrimp really balances out the calorie intake from the avocado.

Give these to me all day every day! A perfect keto snack, these eggs are truly spectacular!

09 | Jalapeno Cheese Bread
Yum. Yum. Yum. Another option to appease your carb cravings is the jalapeno cheese bread! I love these as a snack or to use as bread for a sandwich.
10 | Antipasto Salad
This is one of my favorites on or off the Keto diet: it serves as a great lunch or salad to bring to any summer or work potluck. If you need to adjust your macros for the day, this recipe is super easy to adjust.
11 | Baked Brie and Pecan Prosciutto Savory Fat Bombs
I’ve tried several renditions on prosciutto fat bombs (which are always a go-to for me) and these are always on the top of my list. Other versions with goat cheese are delicious but I find them hard to continue eating when you need that pop of fat and energy. The pecans on this can be removed but I do really love them for that crunch and to keep your diet interesting.
12 | Goat Cheese Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms
These were one of the first fat bombs I made when I start the Keto diet and is a big reason I kept up with it. As I said above, goat cheese bombs are tough for me to eat continuously so these are a definite “treat” bomb for me. They’re so rich and savory and keep you full for hours. They serve as a great appetizer for a party too and no one would even suspect they were Keto!
13 | Guacamole and Cheese Chips
Guacamole is a top Keto diet recipe so it can’t not be included on my list, but I do really love this recipe and come back to it time and time again. The cheese chips are super easy to make and I love the proportions of red onion and lime from this recipe.
14 | Antipasto Skewers
In all honesty, I make this ritually when I’m on the Keto diet but I skip the tooth picks when it’s just me in my kitchen. I grow a lot of basil in my vegetable garden and do swear by fresh basil for these. If you don’t want to keep a little house plant around, store bought will do but I’m telling you… fresh picked basil is life changing.
15 | Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts
My husband’s favorite football appetizer are bacon bacon-wrapped dates so naturally when we went on the Keto diet I had to find a replacement. To say I was against Brussels Sprouts during my upbringing (that and radishes… also a great Keto substitute for potatoes) would be an understatement, but thank God I conquered my fears and tried these out. This recipe not only appeased my husband’s craving but was a complete Brussels sprout game-changer for me!
16 | Creamy Avocado Egg Salad with Crispy Bacon
I really enjoy this recipe on so many levels, and truly unexpectedly. I love all the ingredients separately but when put together in an “egg salad,” I don’t know… it didn’t initially scream my name. But truly, this is a must-try. It’s delicious, the textures are actually really great together and it keeps you full all day.
17 | Jalapeno Poppers with Diced Bacon
This is the perfect recipe for when you’re with non-Keto dieters. Heck, it’s something I bring as a party appetizer even when I’m nowhere near the Keto diet! It’s not groundbreaking, but I’m including this one because I love how easy they are to cook and to eat. The diced bacon is so much simpler than wrapping it and makes the eating of them, well, cleaner.
18 | Italian Sub Roll-Ups
I became a Jimmy John’s fan when I met my husband; I had never tried it (always a Subway girl) until he bought me one for lunch one day. Not to get sidetracked but, my life-changing moment right there. I LOVE their Italian subs (the #9) and they became one of my top cravings in weeks one and two of the Keto diet. These are a perfect substitute. While I’ll always miss that warm French bread, these really are quite good.
19 | Asian Cucumber Salad
I’ve made renditions of this throughout my adulthood because I truly love a good cucumber salad, but this is at the top. The Asian spices and vinegar really stand out from the rest of the typical Keto recipes so I love to eat it weekly as a fresh pick-me-up.
20 | Big Mac Bites
How fun are these? It’s such a great crossover between a hamburger and a meatball. It’s a great meal to make if your family and kids aren’t doing Keto and they won’t even suspect a thing! Add sugar-free ketchup and you’re good to go.
