I couldn’t imagine having Easter dinner without a perfect carrot dish. It was always my favorite thing to cook with my Grannie growing up and a staple memory for me, which is why I’ve listed this delicious carrot recipe as number one. Try it and thank me later, because this side dish will not disappoint!
02 | Spring Root Vegetable Salad with Pistachio Vinaigrette
I looked for years for a perfect Easter salad and finally found it last year. I love a non-basic salad and this one is rich with flavor, color, and unexpected delights with each bite. The pistachio vinaigrette is something you’ll have as a staple in your kitchen from now on, trust me!
03 | Miso Butter Roasted Radishes
I finally got on the radish bandwagon a few years back when I was on the keto diet; they’re a great replacement for baby potatoes. I love this recipe for it’s unique flavor it brings to the Easter table and the color is simply gorgeous.
04 | Spiced Pears & Roasted Sweet Potatoes
My father-in-law fell in love with this recipe and asks me to make it every time I host. The pears and sweet potatoes flavor and texture work really nicely together and gives that bit of sweetness your menu is craving. I love this recipe for Thanksgiving as well!

05 | Jammy Upside-Down Onion Tart
One of my favorite parts of any holiday meal is the onion dish. I’m always trying to find new ways to spice up the dish and this one is truly a treat. The caramelization is so satisfying and put with bite of ham? Heaven.
06 | Asparagus & Pea Feta Salad
I love this dish for its crunch and zest. If you could taste brightness, this would be it. I love serving this dish as a healthier and cleaner option in comparison to a traditional green bean casserole.
07 | Scalloped Au Gratin with Bacon
You cannot make enough of these. My God these are good! They’re the ultimate side dish that really is the star of the show. The cheesy layers are so creamy and the crunch on top is truly addicting.
08 | Salted Honey Butter Jalapeño Cheddar Rolls
I was blessed to have a mother who always made handmade rolls for special dinners. As I’ve gotten older and taken over hosting, I keep the tradition alive with these yummy cheesy rolls that are just a smidge spicy but oh so sweet. If time permits, I like to make extra and keep them around for the next few days.

09 | Pesto Prosciutto Dutch Baby
Somehow I made it on this Earth for over 30 years without experiencing the joy that is a Dutch Baby. Absolutely crazy! I originally found a pin for dutch babies made in a muffin pan for a breakfast recipe and once I tried it, I quickly became obsessed. I love this large dutch baby as a unique side dish or appetizer for Easter: it’s savory, gooey, and absolutely delicious.
10 | Mashed Potatoes with Herb-Infused Cream & Chives
If the au gratin potatoes weren’t your style, then I’ve got you covered with these scrumptious mashed potatoes. The herb-infused cream really makes a difference on your palette. But be warned, once you try these, you won’t be able to have them any other way. I can’t go back to traditional plain potatoes now!
11 | Gourmet Green Bean Casserole
My daughter absolutely loves green beans and insists on having it at any holiday meal. I love this recipe because it’s a bit more exciting than your traditional soup-from-a-can recipe. Still very easy to make but tastes so much better!

I absolutely love this recipe. It’s light and fresh and perfect for spring. I typically like to have 2-3 vegetable dishes when hosting Easter dinner and I find this recipe is perfect to balance out the heavier vegetable sides.
13 | Garlic Parmesan Duchess Potatoes
This elegant side dish is sure to impress your guests. I love to make these when I want my dinner to be a bit on the fancy side and these do just the trick. Take a picture before serving though, they’re sure to go fast!
14 | Heirloom Tomato Ricotta Tart
This is truly a work of art! I’ll admit, I was nervous mine would not turn out like this but it actually did! This tart recipe is really easy to make and absolutely delicious to eat. I love the added crunch of the pine nuts as well!
15 | Quail Egg Souffles
A few years ago I saw a pin about deviled quail eggs and I became absolutely obsessed. It was 2020 and I wanted to serve them for Easter; cute right? They were incredibly hard to find during the pandemic so I actually had them shipped from a small farm selling them on Etsy! Skip ahead to today, and they’re one of my favorite treats to serve. This recipe is so yummy and a perfect side dish for your Easter brunch.

16 | Easiest No-Boil Brie Mac and Cheese
My brother in law absolutely loves mac and cheese so either my sister or I will always make sure to make one for him at any holiday meal. This is my favorite one I’ve done so far; the brie is really the perfect cheese. The kids of course scarf it down as well so it’s the perfect side dish to have for just about everyone.
17 | Arugula Pesto Potato Salad
Yum. Yum. Yum. I love a cold potato salad and the combination with the pesto and arugula is absolutely perfect. Make plenty extra and keep it for the next day’s lunch.
18 | Honey Whipped Feta with Grilled Peaches & Prosciutto
This is such a unique spin on a cheese dip and I’m here for it! The added fruit and saltiness of the prosciutto is to die for. I love pulling this out an hour before dinner as a gorgeous app that gets everyone’s palettes ready!
19 | Baked Pears with Gorgonzola and Honey
Similar to the above pear and sweat potato recipe, this recipe is sure to wow. I truly love having baked fruit as a nice surprise side dish for people to enjoy. I’ve also served this as a last course in replacement of a traditional dessert for something unique and unexpected.

This tart is so pretty to serve that you almost won’t want to eat it. I love serving this when I don’t have as many sides or appetizers to serve given how filling it is. It could truly be a meal in and of itself!

I love serving soup and salad before the meal, but finding the right one can sometimes be a challenge for me. I love this sweet soup as the flavors go really well with an Easter ham and the potato dishes to follow. It’s creamy, warm, and such a perfect start to any meal.

I’m obsessed with this vinaigrette. No, truly I am. And this salad is a solid 10/10 as well. Everything about it is perfect.

I’m a sucker for french onion soup spin offs and this one is at the top of my list. These are so fun to eat and are a perfect side dish or appetizer for any holiday party.

My daughter loves broccoli and me? Not so much. Except for this recipe. This one is similar to a Thanksgiving stuffing with lots of great flavors mixed together. I truly look forward to eating this dish whenever I make it. Highly recommend!
